Hi families and community of EBPS,

What a wonderful week three we have had, with many exciting things coming up!

I have been spending more time in classrooms this week, and I am so impressed by the kind and caring nature of our students. They are overwhelmingly supportive of each other. 

Happy World Teachers Day to our amazing EBPS Teachers!

Teachers play such an important part in a student’s life. If you think back to when you were at school, it is likely you had one teacher who got you through the hard times, and believed in you when you didn’t believe in yourself.

So to all our teachers, a heart-felt thank you. We are all very lucky to have you at our school.

Colour Run

Congratulations everyone on an incredible fundraising effort so far!! As we have reached our first target, I guess I’m getting slimed! Let’s keep the fundraising going, and support our school to grow.

Working Bee

Thank you to everyone who came to support our working bee. What an improvement a day makes. Many staff, students and families turned up and worked away together in the sunshine. Thanks Michelle for providing morning tea. Thanks to Jane for arranging it all. How fortunate we are to have such a wonderful community here at EBPS. Please watch out for more opportunities to work together to help grow our school.

Dress up day

On Thursday the 31st of October, we are having a Creative Costume OR Silly Sock Day!
Wear either a Costume of your choice, or some Silly Socks.
Please remember to make sure costumes are age appropriate, not scary and have no weapons. If you dress up, please bring along a gold coin to support our school garden project!

School Bonus

A reminder that parents and carers of every child enrolled in a Victorian government school in 2025 will receive the one-off School Saving Bonus $400 support.
In the coming months, the Department of Education will send you two email communications for each of your children enrolled in Victorian government schools.
The two emails from the Department of Education will:
1. Confirm your email address between mid-October and late-November.
2. Provide you with your unique $400 School Saving Bonus code by the end of November.
If you do not receive a confirmation email from the department by late-November, please check your spam or junk folders and contact our school office if needed.
